Adoption contracts, signed without the paperwork
Send adoption and fostering agreements to sign online, or hand over a tablet to sign in person. Every contract is tracked and stored against the right person and animal.
Sign online or in person
- Choose the contracts to send from a person’s profile: they get an email with a link to sign
- Add a second person who must also sign
- At a handover, choose the contract and hand them the device to sign there and then
Always know what’s signed
- Each contract shows Awaiting signature or Signed
- Resend it, fix a mistyped email address, or cancel it and send a fresh one
- Trustees can choose to get an email whenever a contract is signed
Your own agreements
Your organisation’s contracts, such as adoption and fostering agreements, are set up for you. Contracts for a particular animal appear once that animal is linked to the person.
