Your forms, your questions
Each organisation has its own forms, questions and wording, set up with you. Every form has its own web address to link from your website, Facebook page or emails, and applicants don’t need an account.
- Questions can change with the animal: a cat’s breed from a list, for example
- Required answers are checked before the form is sent
- Applicants are told their application has arrived and will be reviewed
What happens when an application arrives
- It appears in Applications as New, and the dashboard shows how many are waiting
- A record is created for the applicant; a surrender form creates the animal’s record too
- Staff who cover the applicant’s county get an email about it
- If the person already exists, for example a past adopter, Shelter Suite flags the possible duplicate so you can merge them
Decide and follow up in a few clicks
- Filter applications by type, status, area, county or animal type
- Accept or reject with an email from your own template, or update the status quietly if you’ve already spoken
- Volunteers can also log their own hours on a simple online form

Yes. Your forms are set up with your own questions and wording. To change one later, just ask us.
Do applicants need to create an account?
No. They fill in the form on any device and press submit.
